CIPC Annual Returns

As a business, you are required to submit your annual returns to the CIPC every year. Failing to do so will result in your business being deregistered. . We ensure that your annual returns are submitted timeously to keep your business compliant and legal.

Return of Earnings | Letter of Good standing

Submission of your annual return of earnings with the department of labour to ensure your compliance with the workman’s compensation fund.

Company Registrations New company registration with the CIPC. (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission).

Includes company registration documents, share certificates, share register, and company income tax registration.

Compensation Fund | Workman’s Compensation Registration

We take care of your Compensation Fund/Workman’s Compensation registration with the department of labour. All employers are required to register with the fund. Once your registration is complete, we will be able to submit your Return of Earnings to obtain your letter of good standing.

Company | CC Amendments

Company Director and Member changes with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. Includes amended company registration documents and preparation of all documents required for the amendments.
